Top Business Finance & Solutions Apps on iOS in the UK: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of leading business finance and solutions apps on iOS in the United Kingdom showed varied trends in downloads and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

SumUp: Payments and POS experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 15.2K in late November. The active user base also grew, reaching approximately 172K in early December before seeing a decline towards the end of the quarter.

Square Point of Sale (POS) saw a dip in weekly downloads, starting from 9.6K and dropping to around 2.3K by the end of December. However, active users remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter, peaking at 52.7K.

Tide - Mobile Business Banking had a consistent download pattern, maintaining around 4K weekly downloads with a slight drop in December. Its active users hovered around 140K, showing some fluctuations but maintaining a strong presence.

Revolut Business downloads remained steady, averaging around 3K weekly, with a slight increase at the end of the quarter. Active users showed a steady trend, peaking at 75.5K in November.

PayPal POS (ex Zettle) demonstrated growth in downloads, peaking at 4.2K in late November. Active users increased significantly, reaching 56K in early December before a slight decline towards year-end.
